We are promoting research and development of spintronics integrated circuit which can operate under energy-harvesting by organically integrating the following main items.
Development of Materials and Devices
- Development of the innovative spintronic material and device technologies for reducing write power consumption
- Exploring of the novel material and the new operation principle for enhancing compatibility with the write performance and CMOS circuits
- Deployment to 300mm manufacturing processes
Development of Circuit and Architecture
- R&D of Circuit and Architecture Design - Design of High-Performance and Highly Functional Nonvolatile MCUs under Energy-Harvesting Constraint - Design of Fundamental IPs for the Nonvolatile MCUs
Development of Integrated circuit and 300mm integrated process
- Development of the design tool for nonvolatile MCU
- Development of the integration process for nonvolatile MCU
